Heron Hollow is a newly decorated and recently renovated beach home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We spend as much time at our beach house as we can and the house is fully stocked not only for our convenience but yours as well. You should find everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The main house is on the second level and is approximately 2000 sf. The floors are newly carpeted and the walls are studded with wonderful art from the northwest and beyond. The kitchen and baths are done in sunny ceramic tiles and white cabinetry. Downstairs is an add-on unit around 1200 sf. The downstairs can be added for larger groups but will never be rented to anyone other than your party. You are assured of your privacy.

Upstairs Amenities

Living Area – Entertain friends, family, or your loved one in our expansive living area with a large stone fireplace, sectional sofa, entertainment center with cable TV, DVD, stereo and a table and chairs to play games, cards or have a snack. There are also lots of books, magazines and games to keep you entertained. The sliding doors open to the expansive deck.

Kitchen – Our kitchen is fully appointed with a 4 burner gas stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and double side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.

Dining Room – There is a large table between the sunroom and kitchen with a smashing view. A small table with telephone is located there also.

Laundry – The laundry room features a washer and dryer as well as cleaning supplies and tools.

Sunroom – This room has a panoramic, 270 degree view of the ocean, woods and estuary. There are binoculars and comfortable seating to view kites flying on the beach or the birds, deer and bear that sometime visit our property. A great spot to just relax.

Master Bedroom – This bedroom is a luxurious hideaway with a new king size bed, built in dresser, shelves, closet and full digital cable TV. The Master Bath is attached with a shower and separate toilet room. The western wall has full length windows and you can sit in bed and watch the waves. The sliding doors open to the expansive deck.

The Second Bedroom has a new queen size bed, closet, shelves and cable TV.

The “Kids” room has two twin beds and cable TV.

Bathrooms – Beside the Master Bathroom there is a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination, toilet and sink. There is also a half bath attached to the office.

Our beach house has wireless internet!

All Linens and towels are provided.


 

Downstairs Amenities

Living Area – 2 comfortable sofas are provided with TV, fireplace and dining table and chairs. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed.

Master Bedroom – Queen size bed and TV.

Kitchenette – Counter space with cabinets, a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with vanity.
